oh and how can you get lvl 50 instance? I'm lvl 50 nad I cant see in the map   do youi have to complete achivements for missions to do it?

server's 2nd week.
Rangiku > Lisa > Ichigo. Personally I wouldn't suggest to use Ichigo, unless you're no choice.
There is no character upgrade at this moment, however, CN ver next update will be character's skill update (2nd skill, immune stun etc)

Aside tavern the only way before lv70 I guess is event..
Try search different map, if not mistaken lv50 instance located at Human world.
