It is possible, I defeated her on lv77.
My formation was Sajin, Main Char, Renji, Inoue, Yoruichi but I'm using Zabimaru.
Zabimaru provide 50% hp, 12% immune rate, 30% heal rate to vanguard (compare to Kazeshini 40% hp).

w/o Zabimaru and Accessories, maybe you need 80+

Fixed, but you can collect 10 daily (If you defeated Espada).

If you are referring to Scissor Paper rock...

There is an urban legend passing around in CN forums.
Which is Tip. 13 I have mentioned..

In detail,
If your opponent used stone in last round, he might use stone or scissor in the next round.
If your opponent used paper in last round, he might use paper or stone in the next round.
If your opponent used scissor in last round, he might use scissor or paper in the next round.

However, as I said it is just an urban legend...
